Okay so I started a Twitter since I watched it on Dr. Phil today. Despite what Fred and Justin say, he does not blink ridiculously :] But anyway...focus...I cannot figure out how to link my Twitter to this blog in order to have it have updates listed... anyone have ideas?!

Crazy Snow !!

Today's forecast....YUCKY!

Sure, snow is pretty, but it is a pain-in-the-butt. Justin even got stuck leaving for work today. So he didn't get there til close to 11. His day is now half over :]

The wind at my house is ferocious! Some parts on my yard are barely covered, while other looks to have about 2 feet of drift piled up! It's crazy! Hence why I am so nervous leaving for work today. What if...I am driving down the road and all looks okay and I hit a huge pile of drifted snow and I get stuck! What then!! I guess I'll put the kitty litter and a shovel in my car... fingers crossed.

I am waiting for the snow to stop so I can see how badly my road looks before I see if I am even going into work. I hate to call off, but what can a girl do? Tomorrow morning is going to be ever-so-fun going in at 6:30 :] Another day, another adventure...

So I feel really guilty. I've been lazy today. I have been in the basement all morning snuggled in my blanket drinking coffee and reading my book. It seems like that is all I do now. If I'm not at work, or working on school work and spending time with Justin, I am reading. He told me to find a cheap hobby and I guess I accomplished that. And we buy the books because I like to re-read them from time-to-time. I have a few that look promising when I am done my new ones :]

Speaking of school work, I have a paper due tomorrow night so I had better on that. I don't want the whole day to be a total wash.

New Layout

I got tired of the old one. Let's see how long it is before I get bored of this one.

Desperate Housewife :]

Minus the desperate part. Monday and today I feel like I am truly a housewife. I did laundry, cleaned the house, did the dishes, cleaned my room, starched and ironed clothes, and then moving onto reading a good novel with some Starbucks caramel macciato ice cream.

But today is less relaxing. I cleaned my room, did the dishes, read a little bit of my book, and now I am working on some stuff for school. No wonder I didn't pass this class the first time. My teacher is pretty much an assignment nazi. She gave us stuff for the midterm last night. Which we have to be finished by next Tuesday in order for her to give us the take home exam (side note: why do I have to type out a study guide and make note cards when it is a TAKE HOME exam...does this seem crazy to you? seems crazy to me!! ), then I have to read a 5 page article and find another one on the baby's brain and compare them and type up a paper on that. Then I have to spend two days in a classroom and write up an observation plus an interview. Then I have a chapter presentation due with Angela and Mark, and a theorist presentation with a paper, and then a capstone (which is why I failed the last time) and a final exam! OY VEY! It makes me tired thinking about all the things I have to do.

On a much happier and relaxing note, Justin and I have started to make preliminary plans for our anniversary at the end of April. We were thinking about taking a day trip on Thursday and then something else on Friday. Who knows.

Okay well enough stalling, I have to get back to my school work.

We had a really good Valentine's day. Justin took me to Carrabba's for dinner. Only my favorite restaurant :] He got me half a dozen long stem roses. I think he has learned his lesson. I LOVE FLOWERS! Lots and lots of them. But they don't love me that much. They make me sneeze. So I have to limit my daily pollen intake :]

I made Justin a card for Valentine's day. Lately, I have been obsessed with scrapbooking. I also have a fetish for scrapbooking paper and supplies. Oh! And I love new pens. Don't judge :] So I used my Cricut machine and cut it out. Pretty fancy, huh? Anything that looks like it may even be remotely related to scrapbooking, I have to own. No questions.

Off to watch Criminal Minds with the ever-s0-hot Shemar Moore :]

Backwards

Yep. That's my life. I feel like I work such crazy hours at work, my life is just plain backwards. I didn't get up until almost 11 today. So now I cannot sleep. Justin's hanging out here with me tonight. And he's upstairs. Sleeping. And I'm downstairs. Typing. He has been up since the crack of dawn and now I'm the one wide awake. So I got online and there's nothing exciting here!

I gave Justin his Valentine's Day present tonight. I got him four different kinds of coffee, took him to see My Bloody Valentine and I sent him flowers at work.

My battery is going to die. More later

That's all I did today. Being up at 3:30 in the morning really bites the big one!! It really takes a toll after a while. And while I dislike being up that early, I am REALLY REALLY thankful to even have a job :]

Last night we made dinner and went up to Fred and Brandee's. Katie stopped by for a little bit to see Ella. Who is totally cute...by the way. I had lots of fun spending time with her. We played some Wii and Bran and I rocked out on Kabookii :]

I sent Justin flowers at work today for Valentine's Day. Fred was my accomplice :] HaHa!! I was really nervous that they wouldn't be sent in time OR that I may have been scammed. But he got them and they are really pretty.

Tonight we are going to Arundel Mills mall to see My Bloody Valentine. Not my cup of tea but Justin wanted to see it so it is part of my Valentine's gift to him. The rest of his gift should be coming in the mail tomorrow :]

Off to take a nap. I am bushed
