Twitter

Okay so I started a Twitter since I watched it on Dr. Phil today. Despite what Fred and Justin say, he does not blink ridiculously :] But anyway...focus...I cannot figure out how to link my Twitter to this blog in order to have it have updates listed... anyone have ideas?!
